3.3 Team and organisation licences permit access by the number of users specified at the time of purchase. Additional users require an upgraded or additional licence.
3.4 All course content, scripts, worked examples, and reference cards are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit any course content.
4. Payment and VAT
4.1 Prices shown on the Website exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT at the applicable UK rate will be added at checkout.
4.2 Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store payment card details.
4.3 For team and organisation licences arranged by invoice, payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Consumer cancellation rights
5.1 If you are purchasing as a consumer (not in the course of a business), you have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
5.2 If you request that digital course access begin within the 14-day cancellation period, you acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once access begins and you have confirmed this request.
5.3 Business purchasers do not have a statutory right of cancellation but may contact us to discuss individual circumstances.
6. Intellectual property
6.1 All content on the Website and within the Course, including text, scripts, video, graphics, and design, is owned by or licensed to Linaralo and is protected by UK copyright law.
